2 Ripe bananas
130g Cake Flour
5g Baking Powder
2 Eggs
70g Lakanto Sweetener
50ml Milk
1. | Mashed banana with a fork. |
2. | Sieved cake flour and baking powder together and put aside. |
3. | Hand-whisked eggs and slowly add in Lakanto Sweetener, milk and mashed banana. Lastly, add in flour into the batter and mix gently with spatula. |
4. | Pre-heat oven at a temperature of 180° C. Baked for 40 minutes. |
