Lakanto goes everywhere, Try it in coffee, baked good and in recipes
200g Self Raising Flour
2 Eggs
220ml Fresh Milk
50g LAKANTO Sweetener
1. | In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs , Lakanto Sweetener and milk together. Add in Self raising flour and mix until the mixture is smooth. |
2. | Preheat non-stick pan. |
3. | Scoop 1 tablespoon of pancake batter onto the pan. Allow pancake to cook until bubbles form before flipping to the other side. |
4. | Cook the other side until golden brown. Serve hot with ice cream or fruits. |
