Lakanto goes everywhere, Try it in coffee, baked good and in recipes
1 Cup Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice (Sugar-Free)
1/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple
1/4 Cup Lakanto Sweetener
Two Cloves of Garlic
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1. | Put all the marinade ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined. |
2. | Pour over desired meat (great w/ chicken thighs, beef strips, and salmon) in a large container and put the lid on. Give the container a slight shake to make sure the marinade is getting to all the meat. Place in refrigerator and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes or overnight. |
3. | Heat the cooking pan by adding in 1 tablespoon of oil (avocado oil, olive oil or vegetable oil). Once the pan has heat up, place the marinated meat on the pan to cook. |
