Sugar Free Teriyaki Chicken

INGREDIENTS :

1 Cup Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice (Sugar-Free)
1/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple
1/4 Cup Lakanto Sweetener
Two Cloves of Garlic
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger

INSTRUCTION

1. Put all the marinade ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined.
2. Pour over desired meat (great w/ chicken thighs, beef strips, and salmon) in a large container and put the lid on. Give the container a slight shake to make sure the marinade is getting to all the meat. Place in refrigerator and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
3. Heat the cooking pan by adding in 1 tablespoon of oil (avocado oil, olive oil or vegetable oil). Once the pan has heat up, place the marinated meat on the pan to cook.
